Minecraft 1.17 Servers

Minecraft 1.17, Caves and Cliffs Part 1, introduced copper blocks, amethyst geodes, axolotls, goats, glow squids, and numerous new block types. This update laid the foundation for the massive terrain changes in 1.18.

Copper adds a unique aging mechanic to buildings, while amethyst geodes provide a beautiful crystal-growing feature. Axolotls became instant fan favorites as helpful aquatic companions.

Some servers continue to run 1.17 for its specific feature set and plugin compatibility, offering a snapshot of Minecraft at this point in its evolution.
